Abstract:
(EN) A high-strength and high-toughness perforating gun tube, having a formulation of chemical elements in percentage by mass as follows: C: 0.15%-0.22%, Si: 0.1%-0.4%, Mn: 0.5%-1%, Cr: 0.3%-0.7%, Mo: 0.3%-0.7%, Nb: 0.01%-0.04%, V: 0.1%-0.2%, Ti: 0.02%-0.05%, B: 0.0015%-0.005%, Al: 0.01%-0.05%, Ca: 0.001%-0.004%, N≤0.008%, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities. Accordingly, further disclosed is a method for manufacturing a high-strength and high-toughness perforating gun tube. The high-strength and high-toughness perforating gun tube of the present invention has high strength, good toughness and uniform circumferential strength, and is suitable for application in the field of petroleum exploration and exploitation.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tube de canon de perforation à haute résistance mécanique et haute ténacité, ayant la formulation d'éléments chimiques en pourcentage en poids suivante : C : de 0,15 à 0,22 %, Si : de 0,1 à 0,4 %, Mn : de 0,5 à 1 %, Cr : de 0,3 à 0,7 %, Mo : de 0,3 à 0,7 %, Nb : de 0,01 à 0,04 %, V : de 0,1 à 0,2 %, Ti : de 0,02 à 0,05 %, B : de 0,0015 à 0,005 %, Al : de 0,01 à 0,05 %, Ca : de 0,001 à 0,004 %, N ≤ 0,008 %, le reste du Fe et autres impuretés inévitables. Par conséquent, l'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication dudit tube de canon de perforation à haute résistance et haute ténacité. Le tube de canon de perforation à haute résistance mécanique et haute ténacité selon la présente invention a une résistance mécanique élevée, une bonne ténacité et une résistance circonférentielle uniforme, et se prête à une application dans le domaine de l'exploration et de l'exploitation pétrolière.
