Abstract:
A nano-silicon gallium heat-insulating and explosion-proof glass and a preparation method therefor. The glass comprises, calculated in parts by weight: 80-90 parts polyvinyl butyral resin; 1-2 parts nano-silica; 0.5-1 parts nano-gallium oxide; 2-4 parts ethyl acetate; 2-4 parts butyl acetate; 1-2 parts methyl ether; 1-3 parts nano-zinc oxide; and 0.5-1 parts nano-aerogel. By means of combining nano-silica and nano-gallium oxide, prepared glass is provided with good light transmission, thermal insulation, ultraviolet insulation, noise reduction and other functions; a coating is provided with good water resistance, high surface hardness, strong adhesive force, and good acid and alkali resistance, mildew resistance, moisture resistance, resistance to differences in temperature, abrasion resistance and flame retardancy. The present invention may be widely applied to automotive glass, building glass, and the transparency, thermal insulation and energy conservation of plexiglass.
