Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for improving safety of a lithium ion battery. The method relates to performing smoothing on edges of a cathode and an anode which constitute the lithium ion battery or edges of current collectors of the cathode and anode so as to prevent the edges of the cathode and anode or the current collectors of the cathode and anode from generating burrs. The method of the present invention performs smoothing on sharp edges to reduce the point discharge effect and prevent generation of dendritic crystals, so as to fundamentally improve safety of the lithium ion battery. Moreover, the method of the present invention has simple process and low cost, is easy to achieve, and can adapt to the existing preparation process of the lithium ion battery.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé d'amélioration de la sécurité d'une batterie au lithium-ion. Le procédé concerne la réalisation d'un lissage des bords d'une cathode et d'une anode qui constituent la batterie au lithium-ion ou des bords de collecteurs de courant de la cathode et de l'anode de façon à empêcher les bords de la cathode et de l'anode ou les collecteurs de courant de la cathode et de l'anode de générer des bavures. Le procédé de la présente invention réalise un lissage sur des bords tranchants en vue de réduire l'effet de décharge de point et empêcher la génération de cristaux dendritiques, de façon à améliorer fondamentalement la sécurité de la batterie au lithium-ion. De plus, le procédé de la présente invention est doté d'un processus simple et à faible coût, est facile à assurer et peut s'adapter au processus de préparation existant de la batterie au lithium-ion.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种提高锂离子电池安全性的方法,所述方法是对构成锂离子电池的正负极的边缘或正负极的集流体的边缘进行光滑处理,以防止正负极或正负极的集流体的边缘产生毛刺。本发明方法通过对锋利的边缘进行光滑处理,以减少尖端放电效应,防止枝晶产生,从而可从根本上提高锂离子电池的安全性,并且,本发明方法还具有工艺简单,成本低,易于实现,可与现有锂离子电池的制备工艺相适配等优点。
