Abstract:
The present invention provides a glass fiber-reinforced refrigerant-resistant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin composition and a preparation method therefor. The glass fiber-reinforced refrigerant-resistant PBT resin composition comprises the following components by weight percentage: 48.0-95.0% of PBT, 0-50% of glass fiber, and 1-10% of inorganic porous material absorbent. The present invention adds in a glass fiber-reinforced PBT resin component an inorganic porous material absorbent that is capable of absorbing small-molecular substances possibly precipitated from a PBT material so as to reduce the amount of precipitates. Moreover, the solution of using an inorganic absorbent does not use a chain extender, an end-capped agent, or a coupling agent, thereby reducing the impact on the flowability of resin so that a resin composition can retain good flowability.
