Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a polycarbonate composition and a preparation method therefor. The polycarbonate composition comprises the following components in part by weight: 35-75 parts of polycarbonate, 0-30 parts of grafted copolymer, 5-25 parts of flame retardant, and 10-50 parts of mineral filler, wherein based on the total weight of the polycarbonate composition, the weight content of titanium element is 1-40 ppm. According to the present invention, the content of titanium element in the polycarbonate composition can be controlled in the range of 1-40 ppm by adding a titanium-containing compound having lower soluble titanium content in the polycarbonate composition and reducing or avoiding addition of other titanium-containing compounds, so that the prepared polycarbonate composition has the wet and heat ageing resistance performance retention rate greater than 70% after being roasted for 500 h at 90°C in 90% humidity, has significantly improved wet and heat ageing resistance performance and better surface quality, and maintains excellent mechanical performance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de polycarbonate et son procédé de préparation. La composition de polycarbonate comprend les constituants suivants en parties en poids : de 35 à 75 parties de polycarbonate, de 0 à 30 parties de copolymère greffé, de 5 à 25 parties d'agent ignifuge, et de 10 à 50 parties d'une charge minérale, sur la base du poids total de la composition de polycarbonate, la teneur en poids de l'élément titane étant de 1 à 40 ppm. Selon la présente invention, la teneur de l'élément titane dans la composition de polycarbonate peut être régulée dans la plage de 1 à 40 ppm en ajoutant un composé contenant du titane ayant une teneur plus faible en titane soluble dans la composition de polycarbonate et en réduisant ou en évitant l'addition d'autres composés contenant du titane, de sorte que la composition de polycarbonate préparée présente un taux de maintien de la performance de résistance au vieillissement à l'état humide et à la chaleur supérieur à 70 % après être grillée durant 500 h à 90 °C à 90 % d'humidité, présente une performance significativement améliorée de résistance au vieillissement à l'état humide et à la chaleur et une meilleure qualité de surface, et conserve une excellente performance mécanique.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种聚碳酸酯组合物及其制备方法,按重量份计,包括以下组份: 35份-75份的聚碳酸酯; 0份-30份的接枝共聚物; 5份-25份的阻燃剂; 10份-50份的矿物填料;其中,基于聚碳酸酯组合物的总重量,钛元素的重量含量为1ppm-40ppm。本发明通过在聚碳酸酯组合物中添加具有较低可溶性钛含量的含钛化合物以及减少或者避免其它含钛化合物的加入,将聚碳酸酯组合物中钛元素的含量控制在1-40ppm范围内,可以使制得的聚碳酸酯组合物在90℃和90%湿度下烘烤500h后,耐湿热老化性能保持率大于70%,具有明显改善的耐湿热老化性能,同时具有更具高的表面质量,保持优异的机械性能。
