Disclosed in the present application are an Ethernet switch and a remote transmission method thereof. The Ethernet switch comprises a network switching module, an MCU module and a dialing module, wherein the MCU module is connected to the network switching module and the dialing module. The dialing module is configured to provide two configuration inputs, a normal mode and a remote mode, for user equipment. The MCU module is configured to monitor in real time a configuration input state of the dialing module, wherein if it is monitored that the dialing module is in the normal-mode configuration input state, a network port of the network switching module is configured as an autonegotiation mode, and if it is monitored that the dialing module is in the remote-mode configuration input state, the network port of the network switching module is configured as a 10 Mbps full-duplex mode and the increase in voltage output amplitude of a network signal of the network switching module is controlled. The network switching module is configured to negotiate the bandwidth of a network link between the network switching module and the user equipment to the 10 Mbps full-duplex mode, according to the configuration of the MCU module when the dialing module is in the remote mode.
