Abstract:
A detection substrate, comprising at least one detection unit (100) arranged on a base substrate (10), wherein the detection unit (100) comprises a first electrode (11), a second electrode (13) and a colloid layer (17); the second electrode (13) is arranged at one side, which is far away from the base substrate (10), of the first electrode (11); the second electrode (13) comprises at least one hollow structure (1300); the second electrode (13) and the first electrode (11) are insulated from each other; the first electrode (11) and the second electrode (13) are configured to apply a voltage respectively; the colloid layer (17) is at least arranged on the at least one hollow structure (1300) of the second electrode (13); the colloid layer (17) comprises a joint (170), and the joint (170) is configured to be paired with a target nucleic acid (18); the detection substrate is manufactured by forming the first electrode (11), the second electrode (13) and the colloidal layer (17); a library passes through the detection substrate; and the joint (170) in the active unit is paired and amplified with the target nucleic acid (18) in the library, so as to form a target nucleic acid to be detected and detect same.
