Title: FULLY-AUTOMATIC WINDING MACHINE FOR MAGNETIC RING
Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully-automatic winding machine for a magnetic ring, comprising: a frame, a control device, a wire-clamping mechanism, a wire-winding mechanism, a wire-feeding mechanism, a material-feeding mechanism, an automatic material discharge mechanism, and a wire-recycling device for recycling excess wires on a wire storage ring. The wire-winding mechanism comprises the wire storage ring and a drive device for supporting the wire storage ring and driving the wire storage ring to rotate. The wire storage ring is provided with a slider and a wire-suspending opening. The frame is provided with a detecting and positioning mechanism for positioning a ring opening, the slider and the wire-suspending opening of the wire storage ring and a wire-suspending device for suspending a wire in a wire winding process. The present invention realizes automation of wire feeding, material feeding, ring opening formation, wire suspension, wire winding, wire cutting, wire discharge and wire recycling, thereby significantly improving production efficiency, lowering the requirement for skilled labor, and reducing an impact on winding quality of a magnetic ring.
