Abstract:
(EN) An organic electroluminescent display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, a display panel and a display device. The organic electroluminescent display substrate (10) comprises a pixel array (100) and a light extraction layer (200). The pixel array (100) comprises a plurality of pixels (110), each of the pixels (110) comprising a first sub-pixel (120) emitting light of a first color, each first sub-pixel (120) comprising an organic electroluminescent element (150). The light extraction layer (200) covers the pixel array (100), and at least comprises a plurality of first light extraction layer units (211) and a plurality of second light extraction layer units (212) which are arranged in parallel and have optical properties different from each other. The cathode light emitting side of each first sub-pixel (120) is covered by at least one first light extraction layer unit (211) and at least one second light extraction layer unit (212), or the cathode light emitting sides of the two adjacent first sub-pixels (120) are covered by at least one first light extraction layer unit (211) and at least one second light extraction layer unit (212), respectively. The arrangement of at least two light extraction units having optical properties different from each other improves the luminance view angle characteristics and/or chrominance view angle characteristics of a device.
(FR) L’invention porte sur un substrat d'affichage électroluminescent organique et son procédé de fabrication, un panneau d’affichage et un dispositif d’affichage. Le substrat d'affichage électroluminescent organique (10) comprend un réseau de pixels (100) et une couche d'extraction de lumière (200).
