Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a composite logo structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite logo structure comprises a logo layer (83), a transparent layer (82), and a surface layer (81) that are sequentially bonded together. Wherein, the surface layer (81) is a glass layer with a thickness of 0.2 mm or more, the transparent layer (82) is a 0.1-0.3 mm thick transparent plastic layer, and the logo layer (83) is an ink layer. The composite logo structure adopts a glass layer as a carrier, making it easy to realize the transparency of the logo, and is of low costs. In addition, a transparent plastic layer is used to print the ink layer, which makes it easy to visualize the logo content, and makes it also easy to industrialize and mass-process the ink layer to increase the output and reduce the cost. The glass layer and the transparent plastic layer are pressed and bonded together at a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees, and the bonding strength of a bond is increased by raising the temperature.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de logo composite et son procédé de fabrication. La structure de logo composite comprend une couche de logo (83), une couche transparente (82) et une couche de surface (81) qui sont liées l'une à l'autre de manière séquentielle. La couche de surface (81) est une couche de verre d'une épaisseur de 0,2 mm ou plus, la couche transparente (82) est une couche de plastique transparente de 0,1 à 0,3 mm d'épaisseur, et la couche de logo (83) est une couche d'encre.
