Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an offline temperable 60%-transmittance low-radiation coated glass and a method for fabrication thereof, comprising a glass substrate and a plated film layer; the transmittance is approximately 60%, the plated film layer uses as a protective layer a first silicon nitride film layer having a very low diffusion coefficient, and a first metal nickel chromium layer (2), a metal silver layer (3), a second metal nickel chromium layer (4), and a second silicon nitride layer (5) of corresponding thicknesses are sputtered in sequence.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un verre revêtu à faible rayonnement et à transmittance de 60 %, pouvant être trempé hors ligne, et son procédé de fabrication, comprenant un substrat de verre et une couche de film plaquée ; la transmittance est d'approximativement 60 %, la couche de film plaquée utilise, comme couche protectrice, une première couche de film de nitrure de silicium présentant un coefficient de diffusion très faible, et une première couche de nickel-chrome métallique (2), une couche d'argent métallique (3), une seconde couche de nickel-chrome métallique (4), et une seconde couche de nitrure de silicium (5) d'épaisseurs correspondantes sont pulvérisées dans cet ordre.
(ZH) 一种离线可钢化六十透过率低辐射镀膜玻璃及其制备方法,包括玻璃基片和镀膜层,透过率在60%左右,镀膜层采用扩散系数很低的第一氮化硅膜层(1)作为保护层,并依次溅射相应厚度的第一金属镍铬层(2)、金属银层(3)、第二金属镍铬层(4)、第二氮化硅层(5)。
