Abstract:
A compressor for a new-energy vehicle air conditioner, comprising: a cylinder body (1), an exhaust valve (2), a sample cover (3), a water jacket (4), an intake valve (5), a piston ring (6), a piston (7), a crankshaft connecting rod (8), a high-pressure gas discharge port (9), a water inlet (10), a water outlet (11), a low-pressure gas inlet port (12), a spring (13) and a fixing base (14); the sample cover (3) and the piston (7) are fixed in an inner portion of the cylinder body (1) in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the exhaust valve (2) and the intake valve (5) are fixed on the sample cover (3) and the piston (7) respectively; the water inlet (10) and the water outlet (11) are connected to the water jacket (4), which is on two sides, respectively; the piston (7) is provided thereon with the piston ring (6), while a lower side of the piston (7) is connected to the crankshaft connecting rod (8); the spring (13) is provided between an upper side of the cylinder body (1) and the sample cover (3); and a lower portion of the cylinder body (1) is fixed to the fixing base. The new-energy vehicle air conditioner compressor occupies a small space, has low mechanical wear, and strong cylinder cooling performance while using a crankshaft connecting rod to drive reciprocating linear motion of the piston; the present invention may stably compress gas, and be applied to new-energy vehicles to increase efficiency in cooling.
