Title: LIQUID-SUBMERSION CHIP RADIATOR
Abstract:
A liquid-submersion chip radiator, comprising a housing (1) attached to the top of a chip (6). An oil collecting tank (2) provided with an opening on the upper end is disposed in the housing; multiple flow grooves (5) are disposed in the bottom end of the housing; the flow grooves are communicated with the oil collecting tank by means of flow holes (4). The lower side of each flow groove is provided with an opening, and the lower opening contacts the chip. Multiple overflow grooves (3) are arranged around the housing. Inner end openings of the overflow grooves are communicated with the oil collecting tank, and outer end openings lead to the outside of the housing. Liquid working media are converged by means of the oil collecting tank, and finally pass through the flow grooves to contact the chip. On one hand, the contact time of the liquid working media and the chip is relatively prolonged, surface temperature equalization and sufficient heat dissipation of the chip are facilitated, , and the temperature difference between oil flowing into the chip and oil following out of same, so that the use efficiency of the liquid working media is improved; on the other hand, the liquid working media are stored in the oil collecting tank for a period of time and can be partially preheated to avoid impact of rapid temperature changes on the chip.
