Title: METHOD FOR LOWERING TORQUE PULSATION OF PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
Abstract:
A method for lowering a torque pulsation of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, comprising: a method for reasonably selecting a permanent magnet magnetic pole repetition unit, and the offset way and angle calculation of a first offset and a second offset. An offset is applied to a permanent magnet magnetic pole (3) repetition unit individually or repeatedly, so that the motor performance is improved. The method can be applied to surface mounted type, surface embedded type and internal embedded type permanent magnet motors, and torque pulsations caused by different torque components can be lowered. The permanent magnet synchronous motor can rapidly calculate magnetic pole offset angles (θ1, θ2) by reasonably selecting offset units. After an offset, the sine degree of a counter electromotive force waveform is effectively improved. Each kind of sub-harmonic content of a torque pulsation can be reduced by peak valley cancellation between torque pulsations generated by each repetition unit, so as to achieve the purpose of lowering the overall torque pulsation. Meanwhile, motor vibration noise can be introduced as little as possible where it is ensured that an output torque value of the motor is almost unchanged, so as to realise an optimal effect.
