Abstract:
(EN) A fluid conduit (10) is provided having (a) a fluid conduit exterior surface (14); (b) a fluid conduit interior surface (16); (c) an electroless nickel protective coating (18) disposed upon one or both of the fluid conduit interior surface and the fluid conduit exterior surface; and (d) a layer (20) of Ni3S2 disposed upon and substantially covering the electroless nickel protective coating. The fluid conduit can be any fluid conduit through which a fluid may be caused to pass, such as a downhole tubular used in oil and gas production, or a gas liquid cyclonic separator. And a hydrocarbon production tube, a method of producing a fluid conduit comprising a nickel sulfide protective layer, a machine component comprising at least one surface having a protective outer layer are provided. The combination of the electroless nickel inner protective coating with an outer layer of Ni3S2 affords articles such as fluid conduits and machine components with exceptional scale and corrosion resistance.
(FR) Une conduite de fluide (10) selon la présente invention comporte : (a) une surface extérieure de conduite de fluide (14) ; (b) une surface intérieure de conduite de fluide (16) ; (c) un revêtement protecteur en nickel autocatalytique (18) disposé sur la surface intérieure de conduite de fluide et/ou la surface extérieure de conduite de fluide ; et (d) une couche (20) de Ni3S2 disposée sur le revêtement protecteur en nickel autocatalytique et le recouvrant sensiblement. La conduite de fluide peut être n'importe quelle conduite de fluide susceptible d'être traversée par un fluide, par exemple un tube de fond de trou utilisé dans la production de pétrole ou de gaz, ou un séparateur gaz-liquide à cyclone. L'invention concerne également un tube de production d'hydrocarbures, un procédé de production d'une conduite de fluide comprenant une couche protectrice de sulfure de nickel et un composant de machine comprenant au moins une surface ayant une couche externe de protection. L'association du revêtement protecteur intérieur en nickel autocatalytique à une couche externe de Ni3S2 permet d'obtenir des articles tels que des conduites de fluide et des composants de machine dotés d'une résistance exceptionnelle à l'entartrage et à la corrosion.
