A boot assembly machine comprises a workbench (11) and an assembly device provided at the workbench (11). The assembly device comprises a rotation mechanism, a guide mechanism, an expansion mechanism, and a placement platform (17). The rotation mechanism comprises a raising/lowering rotary actuator (12) fixed to the workbench (11) and a rotary disc (21) fixed to a rotating platform surface of the raising/lowering rotary actuator (12). A threaded recess (211) is formed at the rotary disc (21). The guide mechanism comprises a guide disc (13) positioned above the rotary disc (21). A plurality of guide grooves (131) are arranged at equal angles in a circular pattern around a central axis of the guide disc (13). The expansion mechanism comprises a plurality of uniformly arranged slide blocks (14) and expansion needles (15) fixed to the slide blocks (14). The slide block (14) is provided with a slide connection member at a bottom end thereof, and is inserted into the threaded recess (211) of the rotary disc by means of the slide connection member. The slide block (14) engages the guide grooves (211) of the guide disc (21). The slide block (14) is driven by the raising/lowering rotary actuator (12) to slide inwardly or outwardly along the guide grooves (211). The placement platform (17) is positioned above the expansion mechanism, and is connected to an extendable rod of the raising/lowering rotary actuator (12). The boot assembly machine realizes automatic assembly of boots, thereby reducing labor and time, and improving operation efficiency.
