Title: SNAP SPRING FITTING DEVICE
Abstract:
A snap spring fitting device, comprising a base (1), a downward pressing mechanism (2), a feeder mechanism (3), and a component shaft fixture (4). The downward pressing mechanism (2) comprises a fixing support frame (21) fixedly provided on the base (1), a lift pneumatic cylinder (22) fixedly provided on the fixing support frame (21), and a downward pressing block (23) connected to a piston rod of the lift pneumatic cylinder (22). The feeder mechanism (3) is located on a side surface of the fixing support frame (21), and comprises a servo pneumatic cylinder (31), a push block (32) connected to the servo pneumatic cylinder (31), and a snap spring accommodating cavity (33) used to place multiple snap springs. The push block (32) is arranged within the snap spring accommodating cavity (33), moves in a sliding manner in the snap spring accommodating cavity (33) under the action of the servo pneumatic cylinder (31), and enables a snap spring at a foremost end to closely fit with the downward pressing block (23) and be in a first operation position. The component shaft fixture (4) is located on another side surface of the fixing support frame (21), and is used to arrange a component shaft, such that a shaft end of the component shaft is located at a second operation position below the downward pressing block (23). When a snap spring at the foremost end reaches the first operation position, the downward pressing block (23) moves downward to press the snap spring from above, such that the snap spring is fitted to the component shaft. The snap spring fitting device of the present invention enables automatic fitting of snap springs to a component shaft, thus saving time and manual labor, and improving operation efficiency.
