Title: WEB PULLING MECHANISM
Abstract:
A web pulling mechanism, comprising a gantry fixing frame (11), a lift pneumatic cylinder (12), a servo pneumatic cylinder, upward pressing blocks (15), downward pressing blocks (16), sliding rails (17), and an operation platform (18). The sliding rails (17) are provided as two sets, and are fixedly arranged on the operation platform (18) with a space therebetween. A base portion of the gantry fixing frame (11) is fixed to the sliding rails (17). The lift pneumatic cylinder (12) is vertically and fixedly arranged on a side wall of the gantry fixing frame (11). The upward pressing blocks (15) are provided as two sets separately connected by means of a connection block and an extensible rod of the lift pneumatic cylinder (12). The downward pressing blocks (16) are provided as two sets and located below the upward pressing blocks (15), and the uppermost surfaces thereof are level with the operation platform (18). The downward pressing blocks (16) have an end portion connected to a sliding block of the sliding rails (17). The servo pneumatic cylinder is connected to a sliding block of the sliding rails (17). The upward pressing blocks (15) are provided with a first magnetic block at a lower end portion thereof, and the downward pressing blocks (16) are provided with a second magnetic block (161) matching the first magnetic block at an upper end portion thereof. A product web roll is placed on the operation platform, and when the first magnetic block contacts the second magnetic block (161), the product web roll is moved to a preset position. The web pulling mechanism of the present invention automates a web pulling process, and saves manual labor and time.
