Abstract:
The invention relates to a high-precision synchronous data transmission method and device for a vibration monitoring system collaboratively using Ethernet and a serial port RS-232. A central station (CS) of a vibration monitoring system and several distributed monitor stations (MS) distributed in a monitored area form a local area network via an Ethernet, so as to solve the problem of a limited application environment in the prior art. The Ethernet is used for transmitting sensor vibration data and connecting each distributed monitor station to the central station by means of a serial port RS-232. The serial port RS-232 is used for transmitting a second pulse signal output by a GPS module to each distributed vibration monitor station in real time. The distributed monitor station samples the vibration data and the GPS pulse signal, and then sends the same to the central station via the Ethernet. Then, the central station performs data processing according to the pulse signal, to synchronize the vibration data of all distributed monitor stations, and finally solves a vibration position according to synchronized data. The invention has the advantages of a wide application environment and low cost.
