Abstract:
(EN) The design and operation of the vibratory cementation device comprises a vessel containing iron-rich acid solutions of dissolved copper and scrap iron as a reactant, wherein said vessel, which is formed on the basis of polymers or plastic due to the corrosion resistance, is subjected to vibration in order to accelerate the chemical reaction of copper precipitation and the dissolving of the iron, permitting a process without the risks associated with the generation of hydrogen gas given that the container vessel is open at the top.
(FR) La conception et le fonctionnement de la machine de cémentation vibrante reposent sur un réservoir contenant des solutions acides riches en ions de cuivre dissous et de ferraille de fer en tant que réactif, ledit réservoir conçu à partir de polymères ou de plastique résistant à la corrosion étant soumis à des vibrations pour accélérer la réaction chimique de précipitation du cuivre et de dissolution du fer, permettant un processus sans risque associé à la génération de gaz hydrogène du fait que le réservoir contenant est ouvert au niveau de sa partie supérieure.
(ES) El diseño y operación del cementador vibratorio consiste en un balde contenedor de soluciones ácidas ricas en iones de cobre disuelto y chatarra de fierro como reactivo, dicho balde construido en base a polímeros o plástico por la resistencia a la corrosión es sometido a vibración para acelerar la reacción química de precipitación de cobre y disolución del fierro, permitiendo un proceso sin riesgo asociado a la generación de gas hidrógeno por estar el balde contenedor abierto en su parte superior.
