Abstract
(EN) Provided is a system for producing ultrapure water, said system being provided with a pre-treatment system, a primary purification system, and a secondary purification system in the stated order, wherein: the primary/secondary pure water system is provided with an ion exchange device that treats boron-containing to-be-treated water using an ion-exchange resin; the ion exchange device has an accommodation part for filling in the ion-exchange resin, a supply part for supplying the to-be-treated water to the accommodation part, and a discharge part for discharging treated water from the accommodation part; and, in the accommodation part, a boron-selective ion-exchange resin fills the supply-part side, and an ion-exchange resin other than the boron-selective ion-exchange resin fills the discharge-part side. Such a system for producing ultrapure water and method for producing ultrapure water make it possible to stably obtain ultrapure water having a reduced concentration of boron without applying a TOC load to a subsystem.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de production d'eau ultra-pure qui est pourvu d'un système de prétraitement, d'un système de purification principal et d'un système de purification secondaire dans l'ordre indiqué. Le système d'eau pure principal/secondaire est pourvu d'un dispositif d'échange d'ions qui traite de l'eau à traiter contenant du bore à l'aide d'une résine échangeuse d'ions ; le dispositif d'échange d'ions possède une partie de réception afin de remplir la résine échangeuse d'ions, une partie d'alimentation pour amener l'eau à traiter à la partie de réception, et une partie d'évacuation permettant d'évacuer l'eau traitée de la partie de réception ; dans la partie de réception, une résine échangeuse d'ions sélectionnant le bore remplit le côté de partie d'alimentation, et une résine échangeuse d'ions autre que la résine échangeuse d'ions sélectionnant le bore remplit le côté de partie d'évacuation. Un tel système de production d'eau ultra-pure et un tel procédé de production d'eau ultra-pure permettent d'obtenir de manière stable de l'eau ultra-pure ayant une concentration réduite en bore sans appliquer de charge de TOC sur un sous-système.
(JA) 前処理システムと一次純水システムと二次純水システムとをこの順に備える超純水の製造システムであって、一次純水システムが、ホウ素を含む被処理水をイオン交換樹脂で処理するイオン交換装置を備え、このイオン交換装置が、イオン交換樹脂を充填するための収容部と、収容部に被処理水を供給するための供給部と、収容部から処理水を排出するための排出部とを有し、収容部には、供給部側にホウ素選択性イオン交換樹脂が、排出部側にホウ素選択性イオン交換樹脂以外のイオン交換樹脂が、それぞれ充填されている。かかる超純水製造システム及び超純水製造方法によれば、サブシステムにTOC負荷をかけることなく、ホウ素を低濃度化した超純水を安定的に得ることができる。
