This air conditioner has: a refrigerant circuit in which a compressor, a heat-source-side heat exchanger, a throttle device, and a load-side heat exchanger are connected using refrigerant piping; a refrigerant leak sensor which, when a refrigerant leak is detected, outputs a refrigerant leak detection signal that indicates that a refrigerant leak has been detected; a refrigerant leak blocking device which blocks the flow of refrigerant when set in a closed state; and a control device for determining whether or not refrigerant is leaking on the basis of the operating state and whether or not a refrigerant leak detection signal has been received from the refrigerant leak sensor, the control device setting the refrigerant leak blocking device to a closed state when a refrigerant leak detection signal is received and it is determined that there is a refrigerant leak on the basis of the operating state.

Ce climatiseur comprend : un circuit de fluide frigorigène dans lequel un compresseur, un échangeur de chaleur côté source de chaleur, un dispositif d'étranglement et un échangeur de chaleur côté charge sont connectés à l'aide d'une tuyauterie de fluide frigorigène; un capteur de fuite de fluide frigorigène qui, lorsqu'une fuite de fluide frigorigène est détectée, délivre un signal de détection de fuite de fluide frigorigène qui indique qu'une fuite de fluide frigorigène a été détectée; un dispositif de blocage de fuite de fluide frigorigène qui bloque l'écoulement de fluide frigorigène lorsqu'il est réglé dans un état fermé; et un dispositif de commande pour déterminer si un fluide frigorigène a fuit ou non sur la base de l'état de fonctionnement et si oui ou non un signal de détection de fuite de fluide frigorigène a été reçu en provenance du capteur de fuite de fluide frigorigène.
