Abstract

To produce quickly and easily an open cell rigid polyurethane foam having a uniform and low density, using raw materials with excellent storage stability a method for producing an open cell rigid polyurethane foam is provided, comprising foaming a mixed liquid of a polyol-containing component comprising a polyol mixture (a), a catalyst (b) and a foaming agent (c), and a polyisocyanate component (d), wherein the foaming agent (c) consists of water and an adduct of a primary or secondary amine compound and carbon dioxide, the amount of the water is 10 to 80 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the polyol mixture (a), and the amount of the adduct is 1 to 20 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the polyol mixture (a), the polyol mixture (a) comprises a polyol (X) which has two or more hydroxyl groups as well as one or more alkyl groups on a side chain(s), and which has a hydroxyl value of 1200 to 1500 mg KOH/g, and the amount of the polyol (X) is 2 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by mass of the polyol mixture (a).

Dans le but de produire rapidement et facilement une mousse de polyuréthanne rigide à alvéoles ouverts, présentant une masse volumique uniforme et faible, par utilisation de matières premières présentant une excellente stabilité au stockage, l'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une mousse de polyuréthanne rigide à alvéoles ouverts, comprenant l'expansion d'un liquide mélangé d'un constituant contenant des polyols, comprenant un mélange de polyols (a), un catalyseur (b) et un agent d'expansion (c), et d'un constituant polyisocyanate (d), l'agent d'expansion (c) consistant en eau et en un produit d'addition d'un composé amine primaire ou secondaire et de dioxyde de carbone, la quantité de l'eau étant de 10 à 80 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse du mélange de polyols (a), et la quantité du produit d'addition étant de 1 à 20 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse du mélange de polyols (a), le mélange de polyols (a) comprenant un polyol (X) qui comprend deux groupes hydroxyle ou plus ainsi qu'un ou plusieurs groupes alkyle sur une ou plusieurs chaînes latérales, et qui présente un indice d'hydroxyle de 1200 à 1500 mg KOH/g, et la quantité du polyol (X) est de 2 à 15 parties en poids pour 100 parties en masse du mélange de polyols (a).
