Abstract:
(EN) A method of continuously modeling industrial asset performance includes an initial model build block creating a first model based on a combination of an industrial asset historical data, configuration data and training data, filtering at least one of the historical data, configuration data, and training data, and a continuous learning block predicting performance of one or more members of an ensemble of models by evaluating a result of the one or more ensemble members to a predetermined threshold. A model application block pushing a selected model ensemble member to a performance diagnostic center, selecting the member based on comparing model ensemble members to a fielded modeling algorithm. A system and computer-readable medium are disclosed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de modélisation en continu de performances d'actifs industriels. Ledit procédé comprend un bloc de construction de modèle initial qui crée un premier modèle sur la base d'une combinaison de données historiques de biens industriels, de données de configuration et de données d'apprentissage, filtre les données historiques, et/ou les données de configuration et/ou les données d'apprentissage, et un bloc d'apprentissage continu qui prédit des performances d'un ou de plusieurs éléments d'un ensemble de modèles en évaluant un résultat du ou des éléments d'ensemble à un seuil prédéterminé. Un bloc d'application de modèle pousse un élément d'ensemble de modèles sélectionné vers un centre de diagnostic de performances, sélectionne l'élément sur la base de la comparaison des éléments d'ensemble de modèles à un algorithme de modélisation sur champ. L'invention concerne également un système et un support lisible par ordinateur.
