Abstract:
(EN) Examples of active millimeter-wave imaging systems are described which may utilize modulation schemes to provide illumination signals. The use of modulation techniques may allow for the use of direct-conversion receivers while retaining an ability to separate desired received signal from self-jamming and/or DC offset signal(s) generated by the direct-conversion receivers. In some examples, modulation schemes include the use of balanced orthogonal codes which may support MIMO or massive MIMO imaging systems.
(FR) L'invention concerne des exemples de systèmes d'imagerie à ondes millimétriques actifs qui peuvent utiliser des schémas de modulation pour fournir des signaux d'éclairage. L'utilisation de techniques de modulation peut permettre l'utilisation de récepteurs à conversion directe tout en conservant une capacité à séparer un signal reçu souhaité d'un signal autobrouileur et/ou un ou des signaux de décalage CC générés par les récepteurs à conversion directe. Dans certains exemples, des schémas de modulation comprennent l'utilisation de codes orthogonaux équilibrés qui peuvent prendre en charge des systèmes d'imagerie MIMO ou MIMO massifs.
