The utility model relates to the fields of medicine and accessories for mobile devices, such as mobile phones, smartphones, personal digital assistants (communicators) with mobile telephone functions, the iPhone or any other devices operating on a Windows, Android, iOS or other platform, having a digital or analogue interface, and is directed toward improving measuring accuracy and the reliability of diagnostic information provided regarding cardiac function and the condition of a person's vascular system, which makes it possible to observe a cardiac signal, a pacemaker signal and the shape of the pulse wave directly on the screen of a mobile device, increases the possibility of the comprehensive diagnosis of internal diseases by cross-correlating data, and improves the accuracy with which cardiovascular disease sites are localized. This technical result is achieved in a device for simultaneously obtaining a cardiogram and a plethysmogram from regions of a person's body (for example, from two limbs) using a mobile device, the claimed device being in the form of a case for mobile devices, in which are mounted two electrode sensors for recording an ECG, said sensors being connected to a differential amplifier, and two sensors for recording a PPG, which are connected to a controller that is connected to a power supply, a cryptoprocessor and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and is capable of transmitting data via an interface (any available digital or analogue interface) to a mobile device, wherein the ADC is capable of receiving data from the differential amplifier, and the PPG sensors are capable of being connected to the controller via a digital control bus and of transmitting data.
