Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to cool the brakes of the landing gear of an aircraft. For this purpose, the air of the air-conditioning system of the aeroplane is used. Pre-conditioned air from the outside can be supplied to the air-conditioning system of the aeroplane through an air inlet in the lower part of the aeroplane fuselage, an external device being connected to the inlet. The air inlet contains a check valve that prevents the air from escaping to the outside. The valve must be bypassed to extract the air from the air-conditioning system when the aeroplane is on the ground. For this purpose, a tool has been designed, which bypasses the valve from the outside, extracting and directing the air towards the brakes by means of connectors and tubes, thereby cooling the brakes for the next take-off.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de refroidir les freins du train d'atterrissage d’un aéronef. Pour ce faire, l’air du système même d’air conditionné de l’avion est utilisé. L’alimentation du système en air conditionné de l’avion peut recevoir de l’air pré-conditionné de l’extérieur par une admission d’air dans la partie inférieure du fuselage de l’avion à laquelle est raccordé un équipement externe. Cette prise d’air présente dans son intérieur un clapet sans retour, lequel empêche l’air de sortir à l’extérieur. Pour pouvoir extraire l’air du système d’air conditionné de l’avion situé à terre, il est nécessaire de faire un contournement dudit clapet. Pour ceci, un outil a été conçu. Ledit outil effectue un contournement dudit clapet depuis l’extérieur, et permet ainsi d’extraire et de diriger l’air par le biais de raccords et tubes en direction des freins, les refroidissant en vue d’un nouveau décollage.
(ES) La presente invención tiene por objeto enfriar los frenos del tren de aterrizaje de una aeronave. Para esto, se utiliza el aire del mismo sistema de aire acondicionado del avión. El suministro al sistema aire acondicionado del avión puede recibir aire pre acondicionado del exterior por una entrada de aire en la parte inferior del fuselaje del avión a la cual se conecta un equipo externo. Esta toma de aire tiene en su interior una válvula de no retorno, la cual impide que el aire salga al exterior. Para poder extraer el aire del sistema de aire acondicionado del avión estando en tierra, es necesario hacer un sobrepaso a dicha válvula. Para tal propósito se ha diseñado una herramienta que hace un sobrepaso a esa válvula desde el exterior, y de esa manera extraer y dirigir el aire por intermedio de conectores y tubos hacia los frenos enfriándolos pare un nuevo despegue.
