(EN) A system for predicting and classifying the degree of difficulty of a program and the level of a programmer using biometric data according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a first biometric data detection portion for detecting first biometric data, which is data regarding measurement of brainwaves of a programmer who performs programming using a brainwave measuring device; a second biometric data detection portion for detecting second biometric data, which is data regarding tracking of the sightline of the programmer using a sightline tracking device; a data processing portion for extracting a brainwave feature element and a sightline feature element and repeatedly learning patterns of the first biometric data and the second biometric data on the basis of respective extracted feature elements; and a classification portion for comparing the result of repeated learning with a pre-classified label regarding the programming level of the programmer and the degree of difficulty of the program used for the programming, thereby predicting and classifying the programming level of the user and the degree of difficulty of the program.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un système de prédiction et de classification du degré de difficulté d'un programme et du niveau d'un programmeur à l'aide de données biométriques, qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une première partie de détection de données biométriques conçue pour détecter des premières données biométriques, c'est-à-dire des données relatives à la mesure d'ondes cérébrales d'un programmeur qui réalise une programmation à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure d'ondes cérébrales ; une seconde partie de détection de données biométriques prévue pour détecter des secondes données biométriques, c'est-à-dire des données relatives au suivi de la ligne visuelle du programmeur au moyen d'un dispositif de suivi de ligne visuelle ; une partie de traitement de données destinée à extraire un élément de caractéristiques d'ondes cérébrales et un élément de caractéristiques de ligne visuelle, et à apprendre de manière répétée des motifs des premières et secondes données biométriques sur la base d'éléments de caractéristiques extraits respectifs ; et une partie de classification servant à comparer le résultat de l'apprentissage répété à une étiquette classifiée au préalable concernant le niveau de programmation du programmeur et le degré de difficulté du programme utilisé pour la programmation, ce qui permet de prédire et de classifier le niveau de programmation de l'utilisateur et le degré de difficulté du programme.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체 데이터를 이용한 프로그램의 난이도 및 프로그래머의 수준 예측 분류 시스템은 뇌파 측정 장치를 이용하여 프로그래밍을 수행하는 프로그래머의 뇌파 측정에 관한 데이터인 제1 생체 데이터를 검출하는 제1 생체 데이터 검출부, 시선 추적 장치를 이용하여 상기 프로그래머의 시선 추적에 관한 데이터인 제2 생체 데이터를 검출하는 제2 생체 데이터 검출부, 뇌파의 특징 요소 및 시선의 특징 요소를 추출하고, 상기 추출된 각 특징 요소에 기초하여 상기 제1 생체 데이터 및 상기 제2 생체 데이터의 패턴을 반복 학습하는 데이터 처리부, 및 상기 반복 학습된 결과를 사전에 분류된 프로그래머의 프로그래밍 수준 및 상기 프로그래밍에 사용되는 프로그램의 난이도에 관한 레이블과 비교함으로써, 상기 사용자의 프로그래밍 수준 및 상기 프로그램의 난이도를 예측하여 분류하는 분류부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 데이터를 이용한 프로그램의 난이도 및 프로그래머의 수준 예측 분류 시스템을 포함한다.
