(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing an isotropic pitch, having a high softening point, for a carbon fiber. Specifically, disclosed is a method for preparing a pitch, comprising a step of heat treating a carbon material under a mixture gas atmosphere comprising an oxidative gas and an inert gas. According to the present invention, the method for preparing a pitch can obtain a pitch having a high softening point without a complex process or the help of a catalyst, and thus processing costs can be effectively lowered. In addition, an isotropic pitch having a high softening point, prepared by the method for preparing a pitch according to the present invention, has excellent spinnability when used as a precursor of a carbon fiber, and an isotropic carbon fiber obtained therefrom also has excellent physical properties so as to be usable as an important material throughout industries such as automobiles, aerospace, construction and civil engineering, electronics and electric power, sustainable energy, and environment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un brai isotrope, ayant un point de ramollissement élevé, pour fibre de carbone. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un brai, comprenant une étape de traitement thermique d'un matériau carboné dans une atmosphère de mélange gazeux comprenant un gaz oxydant et un gaz inerte. Selon la présente invention, le procédé de préparation de brai permet d'obtenir un brai ayant un point de ramollissement élevé sans processus complexe ou l'aide d'un catalyseur, et dont les coûts de traitement peuvent, par conséquent, être efficacement réduits. De plus, un brai isotrope ayant un point de ramollissement élevé, préparé par le procédé de préparation de brai selon la présente invention, a une excellente aptitude au filage quand il est utilisé comme précurseur de fibre de carbone, et une fibre de carbone isotrope obtenue à partir de celui-ci présente elle aussi d'excellentes propriétés physiques de sorte qu'elle peut être utilisée à titre de matériau important dans des industries telles que l'automobile, l'aérospatiale, la construction et le génie civil, l'électronique et l'énergie électrique, l'énergie renouvelable et l'environnement.
(KO) 본 발명은 탄소 섬유용 고연화점 등방성 피치의 제조 방법에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 산화성 기체 및 비활성 기체의 혼합기체 분위기 하에서 탄소원료를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 피치의 제조방법을 제시한다. 본 발명에 따른 피치 제조 방법은 복잡한 공정이나 촉매제의 도움 없이도 연화점이 높은 피치를 얻을 수 있어 공정 단가를 효율적으로 낮출 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 피치 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 고연화점 등방성 피치는 탄소 섬유의 전구체로 사용시 방사성이 우수하며, 이로부터 얻어진 등방성 탄소 섬유 또한 물성이 우수하여 자동차, 우주항공, 건축토목, 전자 및 전력, 지속가능에너지, 환경 등 산업 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 소재로써 사용될 수 있다.
