Title: AGITATING SYSTEM OF UNREFINED RICE WINE COOLING DEVICE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an agitating system of an unrefined rice wine cooling device in which a replaced keg is detected, and then the rotation of an agitating device is controlled by a controller, thereby enabling the drinking of unrefined rice wine having a suitable turbidity and carbonic acid concentration. The present invention suggests an agitating system of an unrefined rice wine cooling device, the agitating system being characterized in that: a keg is provided inside of the unrefined rice wine cooling device that cools unrefined rice wine and discharges the unrefined rice wine to the outside through a nozzle, wherein a front end of an unrefined rice wine delivering pipe connected to the nozzle is inserted inside the keg; and the agitating device is installed on a cover of the keg, wherein a recognition part is coupled to the upper side of the cover, and a detection sensor is coupled to the inside of the agitating device to detect the recognition part and thereby enable agitation to be performed by the control of a controller after the replacement of the keg is recognized. Therefore, the present invention is configured such that the recognition part displayed on the cover of the keg can be detected by the detection sensor of the agitating device and transmitted to the controller. As a result, unrefined rice wine of the highest quality can be drunk by controlling rotation speed of an agitating device so that the unrefined rice wine contained inside the keg is able to constantly maintain a suitable turbidity and carbonic acid concentration.
