Abstract:
(EN) A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for transmitting a radio resource control (RRC) message by a wireless device. The method may comprise the steps of: acquiring, by an access stratum (AS) layer of a wireless device, at least one of the value and indication of an RRC establishment cause field from a non-access stratum (NAS) layer which requests transmission of an NAS signaling request message; transmitting, to a base station, an RRC connection request message including the at least one of the value and indication of the RRC establishment cause field; and when the at least one of the value and indication of the RRC establishment cause field is set to a value, which indicates that the NAS signaling request message includes user data, according to an optimization scheme through a control plane (CP), if a network is in an overload state, receiving an RRC connection rejection message or an RRC connection release request message from the base station.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de transmission d'un message de commande de ressource radio (RRC) par un dispositif sans fil. Le procédé peut comprendre les étapes suivantes : acquérir, par une couche de strate d'accès (AS) d'un dispositif sans fil, la valeur et/ou l'indication d'un champ de cause d'établissement de RRC à partir d'une couche de strate de non-accès (NAS) qui demande la transmission d'un message de demande de signalisation de NAS ; transmettre, à une station de base, un message de demande de connexion de RRC contenant la valeur et/ou l'indication du champ de cause d'établissement de RRC ; et lorsque la valeur et/ou l'indication du champ de cause d'établissement de RRC ont une valeur définie, qui indique que le message de demande de signalisation de NAS contient des données d'utilisateur, selon un schéma d'optimisation par l'intermédiaire d'un plan de commande (CP), si un réseau est dans un état de surcharge, recevoir un message de rejet de connexion de RRC ou un message de demande de libération de connexion de RRC provenant de la station de base.
(KO) 본 명세서의 일 개시는 무선 기기가 RRC(Radio Resource Control) 메시지를 전송하는 방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법은 무선 기기의 AS(Access Stratum) 계층이, NAS(Non-Access Stratum) 시그널링 요청 메시지의 전송을 요구하는 NAS 계층으로부터 RRC 수립 원인 필드의 값 및 인디케이션 중 하나 이상을 획득하는 단계와; 상기 RRC 수립 원인 필드의 값 및 인디케이션 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 RRC 연결 요청 메시지를 기지국으로 전송하는 단계와; 그리고 상기 RRC 수립 원인 필드의 값 및 인디케이션 중 하나 이상이 제어 평면(CP)를 통한 최적화 방안에 따라 상기 NAS 시그널링 요청 메시지가 사용자 데이터를 포함하고 있음을 나타내는 값으로 설정되어 있는 경우, 네트워크가 과부하 상태라면, 기지국으로부터 RRC 연결 거절 메시지 또는 RRC 연결 해제 요청 메시지를 수신하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
