(EN) The present invention relates to a pretreatment method for analyzing dioxin compounds and an analysis method using the same, wherein a column charged with polymer beads capable of selectively adsorbing dioxin compounds is used in a purification step in the pretreatment, so that the time required for the pretreatment can be remarkably shortened and the recovery rate of an inner standard material for purification can be improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de prétraitement permettant l'analyse de composés de dioxine et un procédé d'analyse faisant appel audit procédé de prétraitement, une colonne chargée de billes de polymère susceptible d'adsorber de manière sélective des composés de dioxine étant utilisée dans une étape de purification dans le prétraitement, de telle sorte que le temps de prétraitement requis peut être remarquablement raccourci et que le taux de récupération d'un matériau standard interne à purifier peut être amélioré.
(KO) 본 발명은 다이옥신류 화합물 분석용 전처리 방법 및 이를 이용한 분석 방법에 관한 것으로서, 전처리 중 정제 단계에서 다이옥신류 화합물을 선택적으로 흡착시킬 수 있는 고분자 비드가 충전된 컬럼을 이용하여, 전처리에 소요되는 시간을 현저히 단축시키면서 정제용 내부표준물질의 회수율을 향상시킬 수 있다는 특징이 있다.
