(EN)The present invention relates to a medium composition for enhancing stemness, containing 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2DG) under a hypoxic condition, and a use thereof. According to the present invention, highly efficient next-generation stem cells can be mass produced by reprogramming metabolic processes of stem cells through a simple and safe method of controlling culture environments without using genetic manipulation, viral vectors, or the like. In addition, according to the present invention, presented is a novel methodology for developing highly efficient stem cells by identifying molecular biological mechanisms, which can selectively regulate the metabolic processes of stem cells, and metabolism regulation markers.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une composition de milieu pour améliorer le caractère souche, contenant du 2-désoxy-D-glucose (2DG) sous condition hypoxique, et une utilisation de celle-ci. Selon la présente invention, des cellules souches de nouvelle génération hautement efficaces peuvent être produites en masse par reprogrammation des processus métaboliques de cellules souches, par une méthode simple et sûre du contrôle des environnements de culture sans utiliser de manipulation génétique, de vecteurs viraux, ou analogues. De plus, selon la présente invention, l'invention concerne une nouvelle méthodologie de développement de cellules souches hautement efficaces par identification de mécanismes de biologie moléculaire, qui peut réguler sélectivement les processus métaboliques de cellules souches, et des marqueurs de régulation du métabolisme.
(KO)본 발명은, 저산소 조건하의 2-데옥시-D-글루코스(2DG)을 포함하는 줄기세포능 향상용 배지 조성물, 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 유전자 조작이나 바이러스 벡터 등을 사용하지 않으면서 배양환경 조절이라는 간편하고도 안전한 방법을 통하여, 줄기세포의 대사과정을 리프로그래밍함으로써 차세대 고효율 줄기세포를 대량 생산할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 줄기세포의 대사 과정을 선택적으로 조절할 수 있는 분자생물학적 기전, 대사조절 마커를 규명함으로써 고효율 줄기세포 개발에 대한 새로운 방법론을 제시할 수 있다.
