Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an electrolytic copper foil for a secondary battery and a method for producing the electrolytic copper foil and, more specifically, to an electrolytic copper foil for a secondary battery, in which the formation of a burr and curl of a cathode plate after the coating of the electrolytic copper foil with an active material is inhibited, thereby increasing the loading volume of a cathode and enhancing the capacity, and to a method for producing the electrolytic copper foil. According to an aspect of the present invention, embodiments of the prevent invention include an electrolytic copper foil for a secondary battery, which is produced from a plating solution, containing total organic carbon (TOC), by using a drum, wherein the electrolytic copper foil comprises one side coming into direct contact with the drum, and the other side which is the opposite side of the one side, wherein the average cross-sectional grain size of the one side is 80% or less of that of the other side.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille de cuivre électrolytique pour une batterie secondaire et un procédé de fabrication de la feuille de cuivre électrolytique et, plus particulièrement, une feuille de cuivre électrolytique pour une batterie secondaire, permettant d'empêcher la formation d'une bavure et d'une ondulation d'une plaque de cathode après le revêtement de la feuille de cuivre électrolytique avec un matériau actif, ce qui permet d'augmenter le volume de charge d'une cathode et d'améliorer la capacité, et un procédé de production de la feuille de cuivre électrolytique. Selon un aspect de la présente invention, des modes de réalisation de la présente invention comprennent une feuille de cuivre électrolytique pour une batterie secondaire, qui est produite à partir d'une solution de revêtement métallique, contenant du carbone organique total (COT), à l'aide d'un tambour, la feuille de cuivre électrolytique comprenant un côté venant en contact direct avec le tambour, et l'autre côté qui est le côté opposé dudit côté, la taille de grain de section transversale moyenne dudit côté étant inférieure ou égale 80 % de celle de l'autre côté.
(KO) 본 발명은 이차전지용 전해동박 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 전해동박의 활물질 코팅 후 음극 극판의 버(Burr) 및 컬(Curl)이 억제되어 음극의 로딩량을 키울 수 있어 용량을 증대시킬 수 있는 이차전지용 전해동박 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 본 발명의 실시예들은 TOC(Total organic carbon)가 포함된 도금액에서 드럼을 이용하여 제조된 이차전지용 전해동박으로, 상기 전해동박은 상기 드럼과 직접 접하는 일면과, 상기 일면의 반대면인 타면으로 이루어지고, 상기 일면 그레인 사이즈의 단면평균은 상기 타면 그레인 사이즈의 단면평균에 대해서 80% 이하인 이차전지용 전해동박을 포함한다.
