Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for detecting cancer-specific diagnostic markers in a genome and, more specifically, to a method for identifying the relationship between cancer and genomic variations and detecting cancer-specific genomic changes, thereby enabling highly accurate cancer-specific biomarkers to be detected.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de marqueurs de diagnostic spécifiques du cancer dans un génome et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé d'identification de la relation entre le cancer et les variations génomiques et la détection de changements génomiques spécifiques du cancer, permettant ainsi de détecter des biomarqueurs spécifiques du cancer hautement précis.
(KO) 본 발명은 유전체 내의 암 특이적 진단 마커 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 암과 유전체 변이의 관계를 파악하여 암 특이적인 유전체 변화를 검출함으로써, 정확도 높은 암 특이적 바이오 마커를 검출할 수 있는 방법이다.
