Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a folding system for a paper sheet having a variable function that is capable of varying each of the structures for shaping the paper sheet in accordance with the sizes of various paper sheets, wherein the folding system comprising: a sensing device that senses an exhaustion height of the paper sheet according to drawing of the paper sheet; a feeding belt variable device that varies the positions of first and second feeding belts in the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis to feed the paper sheet; and a shaping block variable device that varies the positions of the first and second shaping blocks in the X-axis and the Y-axis to shape the paper sheet. In addition, the variable method according to the present invention is varied through: a step (S10) of varying the first and second feeding belts of a feeding unit in both directions of the X-axis; a step (S20) of varying the first and second feeding belts of the feeding unit in the Y-axis direction; a step (S30) of varying the first feeding belt of the feeding unit in the Z- axis direction; a step (S40) of varying the positions of the first and second shaping blocks; a step (S50) of varying a horizontal plate guide to fit the size of the paper sheet in the X-axis direction; a step (S60) of varying a vertical plate guide to fit the size of the paper sheet in the Y-axis direction; a step (S70) of adjoining a folded portion to a vertical outer wall of the folded paper sheet.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de pliage pour une feuille de papier ayant une fonction variable qui est capable de faire varier chacune des structures pour mettre en forme la feuille de papier conformément aux tailles de diverses feuilles de papier, le système de pliage comprenant : un dispositif de détection qui détecte une hauteur d'épuisement de la feuille de papier selon le dessin de la feuille de papier ; un dispositif variable de courroie d'alimentation qui fait varier les positions de première et seconde courroies d'alimentation dans l'axe X, l'axe Y et l'axe Z pour alimenter la feuille de papier ; et un dispositif variable de bloc de mise en forme qui fait varier les positions de premier et second blocs de mise en forme dans l'axe X et l'axe Y pour mettre en forme la feuille de papier. De plus, le procédé variable selon la présente invention est modifié par : une étape (S10) consistant à faire varier les première et seconde courroies d'alimentation d'une unité d'alimentation dans les deux directions de l'axe X ; une étape (S20) consistant à faire varier les première et seconde courroies d'alimentation de l'unité d'alimentation dans la direction de l'axe Y ; une étape (S30) consistant à faire varier la première courroie d'alimentation de l'unité d'alimentation dans la direction de l'axe Z ; une étape (S40) consistant à faire varier les positions des premier et second blocs de mise en forme ; une étape (S50) consistant à faire varier un guide de plaque horizontal pour ajuster la taille de la feuille de papier dans la direction de l'axe X ; une étape (S60) consistant à faire varier un guide de plaque vertical pour ajuster la taille de la feuille de papier dans la direction de l'axe Y ; une étape (S70) consistant à joindre une partie pliée à une paroi externe verticale de la feuille de papier pliée.
(KO) 본 발명은 다양한 종이판재의 사이즈에 따라 종이판재를 성형하기 각 구조들이 가변되도록 하는 가변기능을 갖는 종이판재용 접이 시스템에 관한 것으로, 종이판재의 인출에 따른 종이판재의 소진높이를 감지하는 감지장치; 제1,2피딩벨트 위치를 X축, Y축 및 Z축으로 가변시켜 종이판재를 피딩시키는 피딩벨트 가변장치; 및 제1,2성형블럭들의 위치를 X축과 Y축 방향으로 가변시켜 종이판재를 성형하는 성형블럭 가변장치;로 구성된다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 가변방법은, 피딩유닛의 제1,2피딩벨트를 X축 양방향으로 가변시키는 단계(S10); 피딩유닛의 제1,2피딩벨트를 Y축 방향으로 가변시키는 단계(S20); 피딩유닛의 제1피딩벨트를 Z축 방향으로 가변시키는 단계(S30); 제1,2성형블럭의 위치를 가변시키는 단계(S40); 가로판가이드를 종이판재의 X축 방향 사이즈에 맞게 가변시키는 단계(S50); 세로판가이드를 종이판재의 Y축 방향 사이즈에 맞게 가변시키는 단계(S60); 접철부를 폴딩된 종이판재의 세로외벽에 인접시키는 단계(S70);를 통해 가변된다.
