Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: an in-mould foam particle moulded article formed from foam particles of an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer; a sole cushion; and a method for producing foam particles which are provided with through holes, and which are formed from a block copolymer comprising a polyethylene block and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer block. The in-mould foam particle moulded article formed from the foam particles of the olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer has a porosity of 5-40%, and a density of 30-150 g/L. The bending elastic modulus of the olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer which forms the foam particle moulded article is 10-100 MPa.
(FR) L’invention concerne un corps moulé de particules expansées en moule de particules expansées d’un élastomère thermoplastique à base d’oléfine, un coussinet pour semelle, et un procédé de fabrication de particules expansées à trous traversants d’un copolymère séquencé d’une séquence de polyéthylène et d’une séquence de copolymère éthylène/α-oléfine. Le corps moulé de particules expansées en moule de particules expansées d’un élastomère thermoplastique à base d’oléfine présente une porosité comprise entre 5 et 40%, une densité de 30 à 150g/L, et une constante élastique à la flexion de l’élastomère thermoplastique à base d’oléfine le configurant comprise entre 10 et 100MPa.
(JA) 本発明は、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーの発泡粒子の型内発泡粒子成形体、靴底用クッション及びポリエチレンブロックとエチレン/α-オレフィン共重合体ブロックとのブロック共重合体の、貫通孔を有する発泡粒子の製造方法であって、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーの発泡粒子の型内発泡粒子成形体は、前記発泡粒子成形体の空隙率が5~40%であり、前記発泡粒子成形体の密度が30~150g/Lであり、前記発泡粒子成形体を構成するオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーの曲げ弾性率が10~100MPaである。
