Abstract:
(EN) A ball screw device (10) having: a threaded shaft (1); a nut (2); multiple first balls arranged so as to be able to rotate freely inside a helical raceway formed by a thread groove (11) in the threaded shaft and a thread groove in the nut; an inner ring raceway groove formed in the outer circumferential surface of one axial end (12) of the threaded shaft; an outer ring (41) having an outer ring raceway groove opposing the inner ring raceway groove; and multiple second balls arranged so as to be able to rotate freely between the inner ring raceway groove and the outer ring raceway groove. Rotation of the threaded shaft is converted to linear motion of the nut by means of the first balls rolling inside the helical raceway in a loaded state. The outer ring has rolling body insertion holes (44) running from the outer circumferential surface to the outer ring raceway groove, and covers (45) covering the rolling body insertion holes, and the inner surface of the covers is formed in a concave shape that forms a portion of the outer ring raceway groove.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif vis à billes (10) comprenant : un arbre fileté (1) ; un écrou (2) ; de multiples premières billes agencées de façon à pouvoir tourner librement à l'intérieur d'un chemin de roulement hélicoïdal formé par une rainure de filetage (11) dans l'arbre fileté et une rainure de filetage dans l'écrou ; une rainure de chemin de roulement de bague interne formée dans la face circonférentielle externe d'une extrémité axiale (12) de l'arbre fileté ; une bague externe (41) comportant une rainure de chemin de roulement de bague externe opposée à la rainure de chemin de roulement de bague interne ; et de multiples secondes billes agencées de façon à pouvoir tourner librement entre la rainure de chemin de roulement de bague interne et la rainure de chemin de roulement de bague externe. La rotation de l'arbre fileté est convertie en mouvement linéaire de l'écrou au moyen des premières billes roulant à l'intérieur du chemin de roulement hélicoïdal en état chargé. La bague externe comporte des trous (44) d'introduction de corps de roulement s'étendant de la face circonférentielle externe à la rainure de chemin de roulement de bague externe, et des couvercles (45) destinées à recouvrir les trous d'introduction de corps de roulement, la face interne des couvercles prenant une forme concave formant une partie de la rainure de chemin de roulement de bague externe.
