Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a low-cost silver particle dispersion liquid which is able to be used as a slurry for inkjet; a method for producing this silver particle dispersion liquid; and a method for producing a conductive film with use of this silver particle dispersion liquid. This silver particle dispersion liquid, which is composed of a silver powder and a solvent, is configured such that: a silver powder which has an average primary particle diameter (DSEM) of 0.15-0.5 μm and a ratio of the 50% cumulative particle diameter (D50) on the volume basis to the average primary particle diameter DSEM, namely D50/DSEM of 1.7 or more, and to the surface of which a fatty acid adheres is used as the silver powder; and a solvent which is mainly composed of a monohydric higher alcohol having 6-12 carbon atoms, butyl carbitol or butyl carbitol acetate is used as the solvent.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un liquide de dispersion de particules d'argent peu coûteux qui peut être utilisé en tant que suspension pour jet d'encre ; un procédé de production de ce liquide de dispersion de particules d'argent ; et un procédé de production d'un film conducteur qui utilise ce liquide de dispersion de particules d'argent. Ce liquide de dispersion de particules d'argent, qui est composé d'une poudre d'argent et d'un solvant, est conçu de telle sorte que : une poudre d'argent qui présente un diamètre de particule primaire moyen (DSEM) de 0,15 à 0,5 µm et un rapport du diamètre de particule cumulé à 50 % (D50) en volume rapporté au diamètre moyen de particule primaire DSEM, à avoir D50/DSEM de 1,7 ou plus, et à la surface de laquelle adhère un acide gras, est utilisée en tant que poudre d'argent ; et un solvant qui est principalement composé d'un alcool supérieur monohydrique ayant de 6 à 12 atomes de carbone, du 2-(2-butoxyéthoxy)éthanol ou de l'acétate de 2-(2-butoxyéthoxy)éthanol est utilisé en tant que solvant.
(JA) インクジェット用スラリーとして使用可能な安価な銀粒子分散液およびその製造方法並びにその銀粒子分散液を用いた導電膜の製造方法を提供する。銀粉と溶媒とからなる銀粒子分散液において、銀粉として、平均一次粒子径(DSEM)が0.15~0.5μmであり且つ平均一次粒子径(DSEM)に対する体積基準の累積50%粒子径(D50)の比(D50/DSEM)が1.7以上であり表面に脂肪酸が付着した銀粉を使用し、溶媒として、炭素数6~12の1価の高級アルコール、ブチルカルビトールまたはブチルカルビトールアセテートを主成分とする溶媒を使用する。
