Abstract:
(EN) An electron beam irradiation apparatus with which it is possible to irradiate an electron beam (B) from an electron beam generation source surrounded by a vacuum chamber to the outside of the vacuum chamber via an electron beam irradiation window (4). The electron beam irradiation window (4) has a grid (6), window foil (9) through which the electron beam can pass, and a frame-shaped pressing member (10) for pressing the window foil (9) against the grid (6). The front surface of the grid (6) is provided with an annular groove section (81). A metal gasket (11) is pressed between the groove section (81) and the window foil (9).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'exposition à un rayonnement par faisceau d'électrons au moyen duquel un faisceau d'électrons (B) peut être émis, à partir d'une source de génération de faisceau d'électrons entourée par une chambre à vide, à l'extérieur de la chambre à vide par le biais d'une fenêtre d'exposition à un rayonnement par faisceau d'électrons (4). La fenêtre d'exposition à un rayonnement par faisceau d'électrons (4) comporte une grille (6), une feuille de fenêtre (9) à travers laquelle le faisceau d'électrons peut passer, et un élément de pression en forme de cadre (10) servant à presser la feuille de fenêtre (9) contre la grille (6). La surface avant de la grille (6) est pourvue d'une section de rainure annulaire (81) et un joint métallique (11) est pressé entre cette dernière et la feuille de fenêtre (9).
(JA) 真空チャンバで囲われた電子線発生源から電子線照射窓(4)を介して真空チャンバの外部へ電子線(B)を照射可能な電子線照射装置である。電子線照射窓(4)は、グリッド(6)と、電子線が透過可能な窓箔(9)と、グリッド(6)との間で窓箔(9)を押える枠状の押え部材(10)と、を有する。グリッド(6)の表面には、環状の溝部(81)が設けられている。溝部(81)と窓箔(9)との間で金属製のガスケット(11)が押えられている。
