Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an electrode for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries, which enables the achievement of high output characteristics. An electrode for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries, which is provided with a collector and a positive electrode active material layer that is arranged on the collector and contains a positive electrode active material. The positive electrode active material is configured to contain compound particles which have a layered structure composed of two or more transition metals, and which have an average particle diameter DSEM of from 1 μm to 7 μm (inclusive) based on the observation with an electron microscope, a ratio of the 50% particle diameter D50 in a volume-based cumulative particle size distribution to the average particle diameter DSEM, namely D50/DSEM of from 1 to 4 (inclusive), and a ratio of the 90% particle diameter D90 in the volume-based cumulative particle size distribution to the 10% particle diameter D10 in the volume-based cumulative particle size distribution, namely D90/D10 of 4 or less. The positive electrode active material layer has a void fraction of 10-45%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une électrode pour batteries rechargeables à électrolyte non aqueux, qui permet d’obtenir des caractéristiques de sortie élevées. L’invention concerne une électrode pour batteries rechargeables à électrolyte non aqueux, qui est pourvue d’un collecteur et d’une couche de matériau actif d’électrode positive qui est agencée sur le collecteur et contient un matériau actif d’électrode positive. Le matériau actif d’électrode positive est configuré de façon à contenir des particules composites qui ont une structure stratifiée composée de deux métaux de transition ou plus, et qui ont un diamètre de particule moyen DSEM de 1 µm à 7 µm (inclus) sur la base de l’observation avec un microscope électronique, un rapport du diamètre de particule à 50 % D50 dans une granulométrie cumulée en volume au diamètre de particule moyen DSEM, à savoir D50/DSEM, de 1 à 4 (inclus), et un rapport du diamètre de particule à 90 % D90 dans la granulométrie cumulée en volume au diamètre de particule à 10 % D10 dans la granulométrie cumulée en volume, à savoir D90/D10, de 4 ou moins. La couche de matériau actif d’électrode positive a une fraction de vide de 10 à 45 %.
