Abstract:
These tin oxide particles comprise antimony. The value of L*/A is 1.0 to 9.0 and L* is greater than or equal to 30 and less than 80, where L* is the brightness of the tin oxide particles and A (mass%) is the percentage of the antimony relative to the total amount of tin contained in the tin oxide. The present invention comprises a core and the tin oxide particles disposed on the surface of the core, and the tin oxide particles preferably comprise antimony. The core preferably comprises silica, barium sulfate, zirconium oxide, titanium oxide, or aluminum oxide. The percentage of antimony A is also preferably 3 to 20 mass%.
