Abstract:
(EN) In this attachment structure for a capacity-controlling electromagnetic control valve (20) of a refrigerant compressor, depression deformation of a resin end member (24) of the electromagnetic control valve (20) is inhibited. The electromagnetic control valve (20) is inserted into a recessed hole (30) formed in a housing (a cylinder head) (5) of the refrigerant compressor, and is retained as a result of the resin end member (24) of the electromagnetic control valve (20) being pressed by a snap ring (31). A planar shim (32) is interposed between the snap ring (31) and the end member (24). The planar shim (32) is formed such that the area of the portion of the planar shim (32) which is in contact with the end member (24) is larger than the area of the portion of the snap ring (31) which is in contact with the end member (24) when the planar shim (32) is not present. Furthermore, the planar shim (32) is formed from a material which is harder than the end member (24).
(FR) Dans une structure de fixation d'une soupape de commande électromagnétique (20) destinée à commander la capacité d'un compresseur frigorifique, la déformation en creux d'un élément d'extrémité (24) en résine de la soupape de commande électromagnétique (20) est limitée. La soupape de commande électromagnétique (20) est introduite dans un orifice en creux (30) formé dans le logement (culasse) (5) du compresseur frigorifique, et maintenue en place par pression à l'aide d'un anneau de retenue (31) sur l'élément d'extrémité (24) en résine de la soupape de commande électromagnétique (20). Une cale plate (32) est montée entre l'anneau de retenue (31) et l'élément d'extrémité (24). Dans la cale plate (32), la superficie de la partie de contact entre la cale plate (32) et l'élément d'extrémité (24) est formée de façon à être supérieure à la superficie de contact entre l'anneau de retenue (31) et l'élément d'extrémité (24) lorsqu'il n'y a pas de cale plate (32), et est constituée d'un matériau plus dur que la partie d'extrémité (24).
(JA) 冷媒圧縮機における容量制御用の電磁制御弁(20)の取付構造において、電磁制御弁(20)の樹脂製の端部部材(24)の凹み変形を抑制する。電磁制御弁(20)は、冷媒圧縮機のハウジング(シリンダヘッド)(5)に形成された凹孔(30)に挿入され、電磁制御弁(20)の樹脂製の端部部材(24)をスナップリング(31)で押さえることにより、抜け止めされる。ここにおいて、スナップリング(31)と端部部材(24)との間に平板シム(32)を介装する。平板シム(32)は、平板シム(32)と端部部材(24)との当接部の面積が、平板シム(32)がないときのスナップリング(31)と端部部材(24)との当接部の面積より、大きくなるように形成すると共に、端部部材(24)より硬い材質とする。
