Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an insulating member which is mounted in a slot formed in an inner circumferential surface of a stator core, the insulating member characterized by comprising: a base having a slot section which is formed from one insulating sheet and covers the interior of the slot, and a bent section which is provided to at least one axial-direction end of the slot unit and extends outward from the slot section at a substantially right angle; and a resin molded body attached directly to the bent section. With this insulating member, smaller sizes, greater efficiency, and greater output in rotary machines for motors, motor generators, etc., can be achieved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément isolant monté dans une fente formée dans une surface circonférentielle interne d'un noyau de stator, et caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une base qui comporte une section de fente formée d'une feuille isolante et qui recouvre l'intérieur de la fente, et une section courbée située au moins sur une extrémité de direction axiale de l'unité de fente et qui s'étend vers l'extérieur depuis la section de fente à un angle sensiblement droit ; et un corps moulé en résine fixé directement à la section courbée. Cet élément isolant permet d'assurer de plus petites tailles et une meilleure efficacité et sortie dans des machines rotatives de moteurs, générateurs à moteur, etc.
(JA) ステータコアの内周面に形成されたスロットに装着される絶縁部材であって、 1枚の絶縁シートから形成され、前記スロットの内部を覆うスロット部と、前記スロット部の軸線方向の少なくとも一端に設けられスロット部から略直角に外方に向かって延びる折り曲げ部と、を有するベースと、 前記折り曲げ部に密着して取付けられた樹脂成型体と、を備えている、 ことを特徴とする絶縁部材を提供する。この絶縁部材によれば、モータ、モータジェネレータ等の回転電機の小型化、高効率化、大出力化を達成することができる。
