Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing a sheet glass is provided with: a step in which a portion of a molten glass GM is dropped from a moulded body 4 as a glass lump GL at the time continuous production of the sheet glass GR is started; and a step in which the separation distance D1 of first rollers 10 in the width direction X of the moulded body 4 is set so as to be smaller than a separation distance D2 of second rollers 11 in the width direction X of the moulded body 4, so that the glass lump GL is held by the first rollers 10.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'une feuille de verre comprenant : une étape où une partie du verre fondu GM tombe d'un corps moulé 4 sous la forme d'un morceau de verre GL au moment du démarrage de la production continue de la feuille de verre GR ; et une étape où la distance D1 séparant des premiers rouleaux 10 dans le sens de la largeur X du corps moulé 4 est réglée de façon à être inférieure à une distance D2 séparant des seconds rouleaux 11 dans le sens de la largeur X du corps moulé 4, pour que le morceau de verre GL soit maintenu par les premiers rouleaux 10.
(JA) 板ガラス製造方法は、板ガラスGRの連続的な製造の開始時において、成形体4から溶融ガラスGMの一部をガラス塊GLとして垂下させる工程と、ガラス塊GLを第一ローラ10により挟持させるべく、成形体4の幅方向Xにおける第一ローラ10の離間距離D1を、成形体4の幅方向Xにおける第二ローラ11の離間距離D2よりも小さく設定する工程と、を備える。
