(EN) The present invention comprises: a sensor-data acquisition unit (210) that acquires sensor data; a body-part information acquisition unit (220) that detects, on the basis of the sensor data, a body part (121) of a worker (120), and that acquires body-part information related to the body part (121) of the worker (120); an object-information acquisition unit (230) that detects, on the basis of the sensor data, an object (131), and that acquires object information related to the object (131); an association unit (240) that associates, on the basis of the body-part information and the object information, the object (131) and the body part (121) of the worker (120) who has carried out work using the object (131); and a recognition-result analysis unit (250) that recognizes, on the basis of association information related to the association results that were associated in the association unit (240), the work performed by the worker (120).
