Abstract:
A flux-cored wire according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a steel outer layer and flux filling the interior of the steel outer layer. The flux contains a total of 0.11% or more of fluorides in terms of F, 4.30–7.50% of Ti oxide in terms of TiO2, a total of 0.30–2.40% oxides in terms of percent by mass, and a total of 0–0.60% carbonates in terms of percent by mass; and has a Ca oxide content of less than 0.20% by mass in terms of CaO, a CaF2 content of less than 0.50%, a chemical component content within a specific range, a Z value of 2.00% or less, a V value of 5.0 to 27.0, and a Ceq of 0.30–1.00%.
