Abstract:
(EN) An internal failure detection method of an external failure detection system for industrial equipment, said external failure detection system comprising an array of transducers, the method comprising : (a) receiving (3011, 3012,...) a plurality of signals, each signal being measured by a corresponding transducer of the transducers array, (b) for each pair of transducers among a number of pairs of transducers, calculating (302) at least one value of a correlation parameter between the pair of signals received at step (a) at said pair of transducers, by correlating at least part of said signals or of invertible transforms thereof, (c) for at least one transducer among said number of pairs of transducers, estimating (303, 304) from the values of the correlation parameters calculated at step (b) if said transducer is working properly.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de défaillance interne d'un système de détection de défaillance externe pour un équipement industriel, ledit système de détection de défaillance externe comprenant un réseau de transducteurs, le procédé consistant à : (a) recevoir (3011, 3012...) une pluralité de signaux, chaque signal étant mesuré par un transducteur correspondant du réseau de transducteurs, (b) pour chaque paire de transducteurs parmi un certain nombre de paires de transducteurs, calculer (302) au moins une valeur d'un paramètre de corrélation entre la paire de signaux reçus à l'étape (a) au niveau de ladite paire de transducteurs, en mettant en corrélation au moins une partie desdits signaux ou de leurs transformées réversibles, (c) pour au moins un transducteur parmi ledit nombre de paires de transducteurs, estimer (303, 304) à partir des valeurs des paramètres de corrélation calculées à l'étape (b) si ledit transducteur fonctionne correctement.
