Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, there is presented a method for the manufacture of a dense oxide coating to the surface of separator films (15, 22, 42) or electrode materials used in Li ion batteries by using pulsed laser technology, very short laser pulses (12) of less than 20 ps, and a pressure of at most 10"3 mbar in the coating chamber. The method makes it possible to improve the thermal, chemical and mechanical endurance of separator films (15, 22, 42) and electrode materials, and thus to pro¬ long the performance, safety and service life of Li ion batteries. In addition to the dense oxide coating, porous coatings fabricated with other methods can be used in the structure.
(FR) Dans la présente invention, il est présenté un procédé de fabrication d'un revêtement d'oxyde dense sur la surface de films de séparation (15, 22, 42) ou des matériaux d'électrode utilisés dans des batteries Li-ion en utilisant une technologie de laser pulsé, des impulsions laser très courtes (12) inférieures à 20 ps, et une pression d'au plus 10 " 3 mbar dans la chambre de revêtement. Le procédé permet d'améliorer l'endurance thermique, chimique et mécanique de films de séparation (15, 22, 42) et de matériaux d'électrode, et ainsi de favoriser les performances, la sécurité et la durée de vie des batteries Li-ion. En plus du revêtement d'oxyde dense, des revêtements poreux fabriqués avec d'autres procédés peuvent être utilisés dans la structure.
