(EN)The present invention discloses the preparation of coated cranberry granules by fluidized-bed granulation. Granulation is first carried out with a natural juice, i.e. cranberry, followed by coating with a coating agent selected in the group consisting of: xanthan gum, arabic gum, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and cellulose derivates, shellac gum, pectins, polyvinyl-pyrrolidone (PVP), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC). Xanthan gum is particularly preferred. Eventually some probiotic, sweeteners, acidity regulators are optionally added.
(FR)La présente invention concerne la préparation de granules de canneberge enrobés par granulation en lit fluidisé. La granulation est initialement conduite avec un jus naturel, à savoir de canneberge, suivie d’un enrobage avec un agent d’enrobage choisi dans le groupe constitué de : la gomme xanthane, la gomme arabique, la carboxyméthylcellulose (CMC) et les dérivés de cellulose, la gomme laque, les pectines, la polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), l’hydroxypropylméthylcellulose (HPMC). La gomme xanthane est particulièrement préférée. Finalement, des agents probiotiques, édulcorants et régulateurs d’acidité sont éventuellement ajoutés.
